Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park in Athens. Mr. Harville died April 9 2002 in an Athens hospital. The son of Wilburn Alga and Lena McMichael Harville he was born October 15 1929 in Murchison where he had been a lifelong resident. He was a retired rancher and avid grower and hybridizer of day lilies and was a member of East Texas Day Lily Society. He was well known for his garden and produced many award winning plants. He was a member of the Murchison City Council. Survivors include brother and sister-in-law W.A. "Pete" and Kathryn Harville Athens sisters and brothers-in-law Elma Jo and Thomas Asher LaPorte Molly and Eddie Moore Richardson nephews Lynn Harville John Landers Steve Landers Nieces Elayna Szkrybalo Susan Thompson Lisa Harville Leigh Ann Harville Special friends Pat Palmer and Dan Royce Dewalt.
