  	DALLAS (Special) - Services for James McClellan Wassell, 85, of Plano will be at 3:30 p.m. today in Wildwood Chapel in Restland Memorial Park in Dallas. He died Sunday, June 29, 1997, in Plano. He was born Sept. 27, 1911, in Corsicana. He graduated from the University of Texas Law School in 1938. He served as president of the Lubbock Bar Association. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club and the Presbyterian church. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He practiced law for many years. He worked for the Veterans Administration and Small Business Administration, retiring in 1979. His wife, Kathryn, preceded him in death.
