  	Cornelia Coulter, 84, of Dallas, died Sept. 5, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents, W.O. and Maggie Lively; sisters, Elnora Hearn, Lamora Fairris, Odell Vincent and Reba Lytle; brother, Lloyd Lively; and husband, Jack Coulter. She is survived by sisters, Margaret Teel, Maurine Pine and Geneva Pickle; brother, Charles Lively; daughter, Tanya Ramsey, Barbara Flateau and Brenda Jones; three granddaughters, three grandsons and four great-granddaughters. Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10 at Restland Cemetery Chapel in Dallas.
